Minutes of ELHKBMA meeting; 28^th June 2011

Chairman's Report:
Oscar has made a separate page for us on the BRYC Webpage, thanks BRYC and Oscar.
Constitution and Regulations are given to all boat owners on application of moorings now, instead of only once they have been approved.  A note on the completed application form will have to be added saying that they have read and accept them as legally binding.

NEW REGULATIONS -  All boat owners on the moorings have to have skippers licenses’.  These have to be ready for inspection when TNPA request.  A copy is to be kept of these license’s  in our files.  Please could all boat owners email a copy of their licenses’ to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
