Trot Moorings are available to Local and Visiting Yachts The Buffalo River is home to trot and walk on moorings  PERMANENT MOORINGS: Permanent Trot Moorings are available to local yachtsmen, that are members of either Buffalo River Yacht Club or East London Yacht Club TEMPORARY MOORINGS: Temporary Trot Moorings are available to visiting yachts making use of the Buffalo River Yacht Clubs Facilities, Fees range from R10.00 per day to R22.75 per day.
